Terms Of Service

BY COMMISSIONING MY ARTWORK, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

・MY ARTWORK IS FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY.

That is, the artwork is not permitted to be used for commercial purposes, whether by the customer or a third party, and the customer will be held liable if this occurs. You may ask for permission to use the artwork for commercial purposes, but with a fee depending on the usage.

・I RETAIN COMPLETE AND UNRESTRICTED USE OF THE REQUESTED ARTWORK.

That is, I, as the artist, have permission to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, such as adding it to my portfolio, using it in projects, using it on social media, and so on. Unless the customer explicitly states so with an appropriate reason, I seem to see the validity of it.

・INABILITY TO CONDUCT FUTURE ALTERNATIONS TO THE ARTWORK.

Meaning, nobody is allowed to edit, copy, or trace the artwork under any circumstances. Customers can optionally remove the watermark in exchange for posting credits to me.

PAYMENT, PROCESS AND INFORMATION:

ACCEPTANCE

As the artist, I have the right to decline or accept your request, or prioritize other people's requests over yours. Chances of rejection may be high when the request does not fit my conditions or the customer is acting in an inappropriate way. I work terribly under pressure, and so I would prefer it if you did not rush me. Chances are that it may ruin the process of the artwork and the end result of the appearance.

PAYMENT

Payment will be sent in full before I start working on the request and only by PayPal.

PROCESS

You have the right to ask me for progress on the artwork. After finishing the sketch, I will send it directly to you for potential changes and agreement on the sketch.

REFUNDS

For customers: A customer can only ask for a refund before the lining phase, and it would be 60% of the given price. In addition, if I, as the artist, do not complete the sketching phase, you may request 100% of the given price. If said customer were to refund, then they would automatically lose there rights to the artwork, meaning they aren't allowed to use the artwork for personal, private, or commercial uses.

As the artist: I, as the artist, can refund whenever I wish, but for 100% of the given price. Reasons can vary from personal to private, ex: losing motivation, technical issues, and what comes after. The customer will still have the right to use the artwork for personal, private, or commercial purposes.
